He is currently leading a team at Sir Robert McAlpine with a focus on building Britain's future heritage.

With a background in Management and Geography from Aberystwyth University, Simon has honed his skills in promoting the business case for sustainability, developing company-wide strategies, leading teams, and training development. He possesses in-depth knowledge of sustainability, environmental legislation, and certifications like BS EN ISO14001 & 9001, and BREEAM.

Simon's professional experience includes roles such as Head of Sustainability, Regional Sustainability Manager, and Regional Environmental & Quality Manager at Sir Robert McAlpine. Prior to that, he served as a Programme Manager at the Environment Agency. His expertise spans environmental management, health & safety leadership, quality management, stakeholder communication, and community engagement.

Simon excels in areas such as energy management, carbon footprinting, waste management, business development, bid writing, and resource efficiency planning. He is dedicated to delivering sustainable improvements and maximizing social value through effective consultancy and strategy implementation.
