His expertise extends to project initialization and alternative delivery, particularly in collaborating with 3rd parties on rail projects, including new station development and route upgrades in line with evolving regional infrastructure funding and development trends.

He holds an MEng in Civil Engineering from the University of Nottingham and has a background in various technical and managerial roles at AECOM, URS Corporation, and Scott Wilson.
