Simon Hayward

Simon Hayward is the Vice President EMEA at Domo, Inc., a role he has held since at least 2021.14 He is an experienced business leader with expertise in leveraging data to drive organizational growth and digital transformation.1

Prior to his role at Domo, Simon had an extensive career in leadership and consulting:

• Managing Director at Accenture, where he set up the global Leadership and Culture practice (April 2021 - Present)2
• CEO of Cirrus, a talent, leadership, and engagement consultancy (January 2010 - March 2021)2
• Partner and Head of EMEA at Oliver Wyman Leadership Development (2008 - January 2010)2
