Simon Halliday
Associate Professor at the University of Bristol
Simon Halliday is an Associate Research Professor and Associate Director at the Center for Economy and Society (CES) within the SNF Agora Institute at Johns Hopkins University. He plays a significant role in co-leading the undergraduate major in Moral and Political Economy. His academic focus includes teaching courses on the economics of the workplace and microeconomic theory, as well as conducting research in experimental and behavioral economics.12
Halliday's educational background includes a PhD in Economics from the University of Siena, where his research centered on experimental and behavioral economics. He also holds two master's degrees—one in Economics and another in Creative Writing—from the University of Cape Town.
