Simon Gallant is a seasoned professional with a diverse career journey that spans across criminal law, commercial litigation, and consultancy.

Driven by the belief that life is a journey full of unpredictable twists and turns, Simon embarked on his professional path after obtaining a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney.

His early career in criminal law saw him handling high-stakes cases, including murder trials and appearances in the High Court, shaping him into a skilled advocate.

Transitioning to a major London firm in his mid-20s, Simon honed his skills as a commercial litigator under the mentorship of top legal minds in Chancery Lane.

Returning to Australia with enriched experiences, Simon embraced the opportunities of small firm life and eventually co-founded NOT Lawyers, which later evolved into ERA Lawyers.

Through his journey with ERA Lawyers, Simon witnessed the growth of young legal professionals into firm leaders, culminating in his decision to step back from partnership in 2021 and assume a consulting role to focus on family and his passion for yoga.
