Simon Dove is the Managing Director and Head of Liquidity for the EMEA region at Instinet Incorporated.1345 He joined the firm in December 2020.56
In his current role, Dove is responsible for Instinet's European liquidity strategy, working with partners to enhance liquidity across the firm's platforms, including BlockMatch (MTF) and BlockCross.16 His goal is to ensure Instinet continues to anticipate the changing liquidity landscape and deliver innovative execution opportunities to its buy-side and sell-side clients.1
Prior to joining Instinet, Dove held various roles at Tower Research Capital Europe, where he was a Managing Director.13 He has over 20 years of experience in the securities industry.5
