In 2004, Simon joined Fourth, a pioneer in Software as a Service for the hospitality industry, where he eventually rose to the position of Chief Operating Officer in 2010. During his tenure of 16 years, he played a pivotal role in the expansion of Fourth's workforce from 5 to 1,200 employees in the UK, UAE, and USA. In January 2020, Simon fulfilled his entrepreneurial dream by founding PayCaptain, a payroll technology company focused on enhancing pay and reward strategies through innovative technology. His vision for PayCaptain involved prioritizing employee-centric solutions, including a user-friendly multilingual app designed to empower employees in managing their finances.
