Flexible, committed product manager with good communications skills.Currently managing TRAX's suite of  fixed income data products . Developing business strategy on an ongoing basis as well as new offerings for both sell and buy-side clients.Enjoys the 'jack of trades' role of the product manager, working across IT, operational teams alongside business analysts and sales teams to drive "product " forward.Recent focus on understanding transparency and data in a post Mifid II environment, modelling transaction data. Produce tools to assist with price discovery and the assessment of liquidity in the fixed income space.

Managed team of 12 staff consisting of supervisors, data analysts and other operational staff.Developed operational processes to improve data quality as well as team efficiency through employing 'lean' techniques.In addition provided advice/support to product management and commercial teams.
