His career also includes significant roles such as Head of Sales and Chief Marketing Officer at Swim.It, President of Virtustream SARL, Vice President of Sales Enablement and Strategy at Dell Technologies, Senior Vice President of Software and Service Provider Businesses at EMC, and President of Software, Managing Director EMEA and ASIAPAC at Virtustream.

Furthermore, Simon has served as the Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Vertical Markets Strategist, and Senior Director of Marketing at Virtustream, as well as in various leadership positions at Cisco, including Managing Director of IBSG SP Europe, Director of Mobile IBSG, and Director of Field Operations.
