Additionally, he holds a degree as an Especialista em Análise de Sistemas in Sistemas Inteligentes from PUCRS - Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul and an Engenheiro Civil degree with a thesis on Túnel sub-aquático entre as cidades do Rio Grande e São José do Norte from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande - FURG.
