Silvia not only excels in the business world but also contributes to supporting aspiring female entrepreneurs, serving as the regional director of TCP Žilina, overseeing the local platform 'Ženy v podnikaní Žilina'.

Currently, Silvia holds the position of Marketing Director at Poradca podnikateľa, a publishing and educational house, where she collaborates with a team of talented colleagues in Slovakia and the Czech Republic.

Her company, PP, is a respected market leader for over 30 years, managing multiple product brands and educational segments, always open to new partnerships and collaborations.
