Silvia Groaz

Silvia Groaz is a prominent curator at Archizoom, part of the École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL). She holds a Master's degree from the Swiss Federal Institutes of Technology and a Bachelor's degree from the Accademia di Architettura di Mendrisio. Groaz has contributed significantly to various exhibitions, including "Sometimes Doing Nothing Leads to Something," which she co-curated in 2020 alongside Tiago P. Borges and Teresa Cheung.12

In addition to her role at Archizoom, Groaz has pursued academic research, having been a PhD candidate at EPFL and currently serving as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Yale University in the Department of the History of Art.3 Her work often intersects architecture and art, reflecting her deep engagement with the theoretical aspects of these fields.
