Silvia Groaz

Silvia Groaz is a highly educated professional with a diverse background in architecture and architectural history. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts (BA) from AAM Accademia di Architettura Mendrisio, followed by a Masters in Architectural History with Distinction from The Bartlett School of Architecture at UCL. She furthered her education by completing a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Architecture at Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne.

Throughout her career, Silvia has been actively involved in various organizations and roles. She has served as a Curator at Archizoom EPFL and has previously been a PhD Candidate at EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne). In addition, she has worked as an Assistant at LTH3, Laboratoire d'Histoire et Thèorie de l'Architecture at EPFL. Silvia has also gained valuable experience as a Visiting Research Scholar at Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation.

Silvia Groaz has demonstrated her architectural expertise through her professional experience. She has worked as a Part II Architect at David Kohn Architects, as an Architect at Anne Holtrop, and as an Architect at 2a+p. Prior to these roles, she started her career as an Intern at Kuhn Malvezzi Architekten, showcasing her dedication to learning and growth within the field of architecture.
