Silvana Arenillas, MBA, MHA

Silvana Arenillas is a bilingual Biologist, MBA and MHA graduate with 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She has worked in various roles such as Clinical Research, Medical Science Liaison, and Market Access, where she has developed a passion for helping healthcare systems deliver outcomes to patients. Silvana has Italian and Chilean citizenship, which allows her to work abroad effectively.

Silvana has a Master of Health Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Before that, she studied Biologist at the same university. She has also completed several Diploma and Valuation Measurement courses and training at universities such as Harvard and Cambridge.

Currently, Silvana is working as a Strategic Access Manager at Roche. In the past, she has been the Business Development and E-Commerce advocate at Distributor Arenillas-Tostani.

Silvana is passionate about designing payment models that comply with patients, government, payer, and organizational requirements and policies, creating innovative medications and generating health outcomes.
