Her experience also includes notable positions such as Senior Manager - System Engineering and Manager - System Engineering at juwi India Renewable Energies Pvt. Ltd., where she played vital roles in system design and management.

Before her tenure at juwi India, Silpa excelled as a Dy. Manager - System Design at Tata Power Solar Systems Limited, where she further honed her skills in solar system design and implementation.

Earlier in her career, she worked as a Senior Engineer at RPC Solutions at ABB, gaining valuable experience in engineering solutions.
