Siham Kharbouche is a versatile professional with a breadth of experience in management, sales, and education. She is currently the Area Sales Lead of Microsoft Learning & Readiness for France and the Middle East and Africa regions, overseeing the training and skills development of millions of Microsoft customers across 81 countries. Kharbouche holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Al Akhawayn University, as well as an MBA in finance, a PhD in management, and has participated in exchange programs at Binghamton University and The George Washington University. Her career has seen her work in several roles at Microsoft, including Education Sector Manager, Corporate Account Manager, and EPG Account Manager-Public & Education Sector.
