Signe Schriver is the Global Relations Manager of Inclusion, Diversity & Equity at Estée Lauder Companies. With her unique international experience and strong cross-cultural leadership skills, Signe connects with individuals of diverse backgrounds through curiosity, empathy, and understanding. She has received the Estée Lauder Companies Excellence Award and excelled in various roles within ELC since 2013, including Brand Trainer, Education Manager, and Sales Manager in the Nordics.

Passionate about social equity and justice, Signe collaborates globally to drive DEI initiatives within ELC's vast organization. Leveraging over a decade of experience, she partners with Senior Executives to develop locally relevant DEI strategies worldwide. Signe is appreciated for her transparent communication, efficiency, integrity, and proficiency in English, Danish, Swedish, and Norwegian.
