Siddharth Prabhakar

Siddharth Prabhakar is a seasoned real estate finance professional with over a decade of experience in underwriting, modeling, and asset management on both domestic and international levels.

Throughout his career, Siddharth has been actively involved in originating debt and equity for a variety of properties including mixed-use, multifamily, and commercial assets in NYC and across the United States.

Currently, Siddharth oversees a substantial portfolio of loans totaling over $500 million, focusing on low-income residential and mixed-use properties.

Siddharth's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Real Estate, Finance, and Management from NYU Stern School of Business, a Bachelor of Arts in International and Development Economics from UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics, and a study year abroad focused on Economics, Mathematics, and French at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

With a rich work history, Siddharth held significant roles in prestigious organizations such as being a former Vice President at TD in CRE Market Credit Management and as a CRE Credit Specialist. He also served as an Acquisitions Associate at Regions Bank, an Acquisitions Summer Associate at Jonathan Rose Companies, a Multifamily and Mixed-Use Development Intern at Douglaston Development, an Associate at Deutsche Bank, a Loan Administrator/Junior Analyst at Opportunity Finance Network, and a Financial Analyst at The Small Enterprise Foundation.
