Siddharth Nair

Siddharth Nair has a diverse educational and professional background spanning across various industries. He is a graduate of the National Law School of India University and has also studied Art at The Valley School, KFI. Additionally, he studied at the Shanghai American School.

Nair has worked with some of India's leading law firms, including Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, BMR Legal and Themis Associates. Before joining these firms, he worked with Old Mutual as their Lead-Legal and Regulatory and as a Senior Associate at ALMT Legal.

Throughout his career, Nair has gained a deep understanding of various legal disciplines, including corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, and international arbitration. His expertise has proved invaluable in complex negotiations, strategic advising, and dispute resolutions.
