Lead the team to build WazirX in 2018 in the most challenging conditions in India. India imposed a banking ban for crypto businesses, which stopped businesses from holding the fiat funds of users. We out-innovated this problem by building the world's first auto order-matching P2P exchange.

This helped India still burn the crypto innovation candle as WazirX was the only exchange that supported a high volume on-off-fiat ramp.

Helped Crowdfire transition to a greater product at multiple stages over the years across 20 million users. A major transition, in the beginning, was moving from unfollow app to the marketing tool for internet creators. Played multiple roles from product to product designs, also headed the marketing and retention team. Few things to brag about, build one of the best experience to share content on social from mobile and web, this was design and technically challenging, especially when you want users to get things done in one tap. Our users loved it!

Build features which directly drove more traffic to creator’s content, this was a huge success for creators. Some key features extrapolated our usage metrics by 3x in a month, this directly benefited our users. Setup a design team which drove a chunk of innovation across the product. We build active assistant, a marketing sidekick for internet creators. This was first of its kind in the world and we took over the challenge to make it mainstream. A lot of interaction system was developed for this. My product philosophy is simple, build to save time for the users while keeping things dead simple.

JustMigrate - One click migration

A huge success, we moved over 200 million blog posts including key celebrity blogger's.

There was a business opportunity where creators wanted to migrate their blogs from one platform to another. Exiting solution was too complex. We build JustMigrate that was quite easy for users to move blogs, we built marketing as part of the product, this gave us constant acquisition source. Multiple touch points in the product which encouraged peer to peer spread. Revenue model and triggers were maximized.
