Her background includes working in renowned tech companies like Uber, Tesla, and Halter, which has provided her with a unique insight into the challenges and opportunities of being part of an underrepresented group in the tech sector.

Having spent six years in the Netherlands and worked across five continents, Siân has valuable experience in collaborating with diverse teams and global organizations, understanding the complexities of diverse work environments.

With a passion for empowering candidates and improving employers' experiences, she is committed to advancing DEI initiatives in the tech sector by leveraging her expertise in Talent Acquisition, Strategic Sourcing, and Executive Search.

Upon returning to New Zealand, Siân founded BeHeard Aotearoa, focusing on fostering cognitive diversity within organizations and facilitating more inclusive opportunities for underrepresented groups in the tech industry.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Siân enjoys a fulfilling family life as a wife and mother to two energetic boys, embracing diversity both at home and in her career.

Siân's educational background includes executive education in Leadership & Strategy from Harvard Business School and previous studies at Howick College.
