Shyla Sohoni is an accomplished finance leader with over two decades of experience across a range of high-profile companies. Sohoni has worked for both multinational Fortune 500 corporations and start-ups, and has extensive expertise in finance, accounting, operations, pricing, and business development. Some of her other talents include boosting financial controls, increasing operational efficiency, and aligning financial goals with other business objectives.

Sohoni gained experience at a vast portfolio of businesses, where she managed P&Ls of up to $1B in revenue and $600M in cost and expense. Shyla has a deep understanding of financial controls that improve profitability and operational efficiency, excellent people management skills, sharp analytical thinking, and technical acumen. Also, she considers herself a data expert and has significant experience with many different software tools, including Power BI, Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, NetSuite, SFDC, Xactly, SAP, and Hyperion.
