His career began as an Executive at CricInfo, followed by positions at Mediaturf Worldwide and Interactive Avenues Private Limited. He has also worked in Mindshare, OMD India, AdParlor, and Omnicom Media Group, where he was the Head of Digital Media in Malaysia. Shyam was the Director of Invention at Mindshare, where he led the development of new media solutions. He was also the Director of Client Services at AdParlor in Asia Pacific, where he managed the company's portfolio of clients. He then joined ADA as the Regional Head of Operations and Partnerships, where he managed the programmatic TV, digital, radio, OOH, China media & Martech for SEA/SA. He was later promoted to Director - Programmatic TV, Digital, Radio, OOH (SEA/SA), China Media & Martech at ADA. Shyam believes that Digital Transformation is the key to business success, and his passion is to solve business problems by identifying and consulting clients on digital strategies and integrated initiatives that help them achieve their objectives.
