Currently, Shyam is responsible for the architecture and design of key components of the Turvo platform and oversees the architecture of a feature team.

With extensive experience in working with startups, Shyam thrives in fast-paced development environments and diverse teams.

Shyam excels in proactively solving software engineering challenges, such as enhancing existing systems and addressing scaling and resiliency issues.

He is dedicated to maintaining high code quality standards and considers technical debt a top priority.

Noteworthy achievements include conceptualizing and implementing an automated code quality control system using Sonar at Turvo.

Apart from his technical expertise, Shyam has also delved into product management and UI/UX design during his tenure at Lookup, leading to improved user conversions and engagement.

Shyam's career kickstarted at Innoz, where he played a pivotal role in evolving the platform from a basic PHP-MySQL stack to a sophisticated polyglot stack incorporating Java, PHP, MySQL, MongoDB, and Solr.

He holds a degree in Computer Science & Engineering from LBS College of Engineering and pursued Computer Science in high school at Good Shepherd.
