Shweta Vohra is the Vice President of People & Places at Lacework, leading the global People Team.12 Prior to joining Lacework in 2021, Ms. Vohra served as Chief of Staff to the CEO at Splunk from 2017 to 2021.2 She also held various leadership roles at Yahoo from 2013 to 2016, including Sr. Director, Head of Corporate Strategy.2

Ms. Vohra has over 15 years of experience in the technology industry, with previous roles at IBM as a Managing Consultant, McKinsey & Company as an Analyst, and Hewitt Associates as a Compensation and Benefits Analyst.23

Shweta Vohra holds an MBA in Finance & Strategic Management from The Wharton School and a Bachelors of Commerce (Honors) in Accounting and Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce.12
