Shweta Phadanis is a dedicated professional who pursued a Master of Computer Applications and later found her passion in management. Her academic journey not only equipped her with technical skills but also helped her discover her true interests.

During her college days, Shweta held various leadership positions such as Ladies Representative, Joint General Secretary, and General Secretary, showcasing her strong organizational and managerial abilities.

Apart from her academic achievements, Shweta is also an accomplished actor and model. She has participated in prestigious competitions across Maharashtra and collaborated with renowned brands for assignments.

Her college experience exposed her to event planning, leading her to offer event organizing services for diverse occasions.

Shweta further enhanced her professional skills through an internship at Veritas Technologies, focusing on Business Operations.

Currently, Shweta excels as an HR professional with a background in IT, specializing in areas such as End to End Recruitment, Employee Cycle Management, Onboarding and Exit Formalities, Team and Resource Management, Drive Coordination, and RPO.

Recognized for her contribution to cultural activities, Shweta received the Best Female Cultural Volunteer Award in 2018, reflecting her commitment to personal and professional growth.
