Shweta Kabadi

Shweta Kabadi holds a strong educational background with an MBA from Harvard Business School, a BS, and an MS from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Currently, Shweta is the Vice President of Automation Solutions at Cognex Corporation, where she leads strategic initiatives in cutting-edge technology.

Previously, she has held various high-ranking positions at Cognex Corporation, including Senior Director and Business Unit Leader of Deep Learning (AI) Software & Electronic Solutions, Senior Director of Vision Software & Accessories, and Director of Product Marketing for Vision Software, OEM, & Accessories.

Prior to her roles at Cognex, she has also served in leadership positions at Intech Group of Companies, Kanha Technologies LLC, and has undertaken managerial roles at top-tier companies such as Intel and Compaq Computers.

Shweta's experience spans across technology, business development, product marketing, and corporate strategy, reflecting her diverse skill set and expertise in the field.
