Shubhi Jain

Shubhi Jain is the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at Float, a fintech company based in New York City that aims to empower low-to-moderate income Americans by providing them with a comprehensive view of their finances. The company was founded in 2023 and focuses on helping users make informed spending decisions.14

Shubhi is a first-generation immigrant from a generationally underbanked family, which informs her commitment to addressing financial accessibility issues. She has a strong background in leading AI product and engineering teams, and she is currently an MBA candidate at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.24

Before her role at Float, Shubhi served as Chief Product Officer at CULytics, where she helped the credit union community leverage data for better financial outcomes. Her experience also includes significant roles at Stitch Fix, where she led data science teams and product strategies, and at SurveyMonkey, where she developed machine learning platforms.23
