Shubham Chaudhary

Shubham Chaudhary is a seasoned Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Machine Learning, Data Analysis, Gaussian Curves, Android apps, and backend RESTful APIs. Chaudhary's passion is in playing with data. He is currently a part of Scribd's Recommendations Team focusing on deep-learning embedding based item-item similarity recommendation models deployed at scale. Prior to that, he worked as the Lead Software Engineer - Machine Learning at Zomato, Software Development Engineer - Android at Zomato, and as a Software Engineer at ThoughtWorks. He also founded Develop Freedom and served as the CEO of Peplet Inc. Additionally, he contributed to various open-source projects, mentored Google Code-In, and was a Machine Learning Intern at Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Chaudhary published a research paper in ML at Zomato and another with IIT Bombay that focused on creating an intelligent road transportation system that manages situations on Indian roads.
