Shu Zhang is an accomplished individual with a diverse background encompassing Industrial Engineering, Entrepreneurship, and Gastronomy.
Graduating from Ecole Centrale Paris in 2011 with a focus on Industrial Engineering and Entrepreneurship, Shu's passion for food and gastronomy led to a culinary pursuit at La Closerie des Lilas, a prominent French restaurant.
In 2014, Shu realized a lifelong dream by opening Maguey, a renowned restaurant in Paris, which earned accolades including recognition from the esteemed Gault et Millau guide in 2018.
With a keen interest in combating environmental challenges, Shu founded Pandobac in the recent past, an endeavor dedicated to eliminating disposable food packaging through the use of reusable crates.
Beyond her ventures, Shu actively engages in sharing her entrepreneurial journey and experiences, reflecting her dedication to both business and sustainability.
