In the realm of Yoga & Wellbeing, Shruti has focused on building a digital yoga and community platform. She is the founder of yogamapp.com, a platform dedicated to yoga and wellness bookings, and conducts workplace virtual and in-person yoga and wellness programs on a global scale.

In the recruitment sector, Shruti has extensive experience in lateral partner search, Lawyer recruitment in EMEA & Asia, as well as Business services recruitment in the same regions. She is well-versed in executive search, direct and contingent recruitment, employer brand projects, EVP development, interview training, and team management.
