Shriya Rao

Shriya Rao is a professional currently serving as a Senior in the Deal Advisory Team at KPMG India. She brings with her 3 years of experience from her previous role as an Article Assistant at PwC India. Shriya holds the prestigious Chartered Accountant qualification and has pursued her Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics. She has also successfully cleared Level 1 of the CFA Exams.

In her current role at KPMG, Shriya works as a Consultant focusing on Commercial Due Diligence and Growth Strategy projects within the Logistics sector. Her expertise extends to industries like FMCG, Construction Equipment Manufacturing, and Financial Services, where she has contributed effectively to various projects.

With a foundation in Audit gained during her time as an Article Trainee at PwC, Shriya has developed a meticulous eye for detail and a strong ability to lead and work effectively within teams. She has independently managed projects, showcasing her versatile skills and commitment to excellence.
