Shrikant Gunjal is a highly accomplished professional who has excelled across various areas such as human resources management, engineering, manufacturing, and corporate relations. With a PGDM-HB in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Shrikant has demonstrated academic excellence throughout his education. He has also completed a Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, graduating with Distinction in both programs.

Shrikant has held several positions in different organizations, including Sr. Manager-Corporate Relations & Outreach at MIT ADT University, Training and Placement Officer at Amity University Mumbai and Sandip Foundation, as well as Assistant Professor at Sandip Foundation. He also served as a Trainee Marine Engineer at Nimbus Maritime Group.
