Responsibilities•	Study existing vehicle process and preparing drawings and project execution plan to process new vehicle in existing manufacturing plant.•	Research & develop ideas for new products & production systems.•	Usage of computer-aided design to create detailed designs and specifications.•	Provide design support at all stages of the design process.•	Visit clients to conduct trial installations & offer technical expertise / solutions.•	Basic weight calculations & design optimization based on analysis report.•	Application of GD & T for detailing of the Machined Components & its assemblies.•	Write professional progress reports for project managers and clients.•	Consider issues such as cost, safety and time constraints.•	Communicate with customers and suppliers to resolve design related issues.Major customers handled : Tata motors, Mahindra & Mahindra, General motors, Johndeere, Piaggio, Ashok leyland, Faurecia, Groupo Antolin etc
