Shrenik Dedhia is an accomplished professional with a strong background in engineering and leadership. In his previous role, he spearheaded the engineering strategy and development of Box's Kubernetes-based Platform-as-a-Service product, managing hundreds of users, over 200 micro-services, and tens of thousands of machines and Kubernetes pods. With a focus on enabling innovation and product development, Shrenik aimed to build a platform that could securely and consistently run micro-services globally, supporting Box's extensive business applications and vast customer data.
With over 12 years of experience as a backend engineer, Shrenik excels in in-depth architectural discussions, troubleshooting complex problems, creating secure and scalable platforms, and enhancing customer experiences through attention to detail. His personal philosophy revolves around motivating others through enthusiasm, persistence, fostering trust in relationships, and continuously seeking knowledge from those around him.
Education-wise, Shrenik holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, both from Syracuse University, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Mumbai. His professional journey includes diverse roles in engineering and leadership, encompassing a wide array of technologies such as security, virtualization, cloud computing, and backend distributed systems.
Currently, Shrenik Dedhia serves as a Software Engineering Manager at Facebook, where his expertise and experience contribute to the success and growth of the organization.
