Shreerang Godbole

Shreerang Godbole is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in pivotal roles across leading organizations such as ITC, McKinsey & Company, and OYO.

He holds a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur and a PGP in Marketing and Finance from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.

Currently, Shreerang serves as the Senior Vice President of Consumer Product and Customer Experience at OYO, where he has overseen Global Customer Experience, India Operations, and Western India Business Head roles.

During his time at McKinsey, he advised clients in various sectors like mining, automotive, oil and gas, and pharmaceuticals on strategic and operational matters.

At ITC, Shreerang contributed to the supply chain vertical, focusing on quality, process improvement, talent management, labor relations, and operations.

Outside of work, Shreerang enjoys reading Indian mythological stories, testing his knowledge in quizzes, and engaging with educational institutions to help students grasp the importance of operations and leadership in the digital era.
