He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economics and a Master of Science (MS) in Operations Research & Industrial Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. He also completed his Bachelor's Degree at the National Institute of Technology Rourkela.

Shreemoy has a rich history of affiliations with various esteemed organizations. He currently serves as a Researcher at IOV Labs. Previously, he held the position of Decentralized Consensus Fellow at Insight Data Science and was a Research Affiliate at Fundamentals of Wireless Lab within the ECE Department at the University of Washington.
