Shona Cotterill is a seasoned finance, strategy, and business development professional with an extensive background in the banking, insurance, and consulting industries. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Economics from The Australian National University.

Before founding Geo Bay Consulting, where she currently holds the position of CEO, Shona served as Business Development Director at Boundlss and worked in senior finance and strategy roles in companies such as Clydesdale Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, Lloyds Banking Group, RSA, GE Insurance Solutions / Swiss Re, and AMP.

Shona's expertise includes strategic capital management, finance business partnering, investor relations, treasury management, and audit. She has a proven track record of delivering results in complex and dynamic environments.
