Shoji Ueki is an experienced marketing and growth leader with a GM orientation and P&L responsibility. He has a diverse and accomplished professional background, having led marketing/growth teams responsible for performance marketing, product-driven growth, brand marketing, retention, creative design, offline, and partnerships. Shoji has broad experience across most business functions, including analytics, sales, product management, finance, and operations. He graduated from the prestigious Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he studied for his MBA. Before that, he completed his B.S.E. Systems Engineering / B.S. Economics at the same institution. Shoji has worked for several high-profile companies, including Point, Grailed, SeatGeek, and OrderAhead, which was later acquired by Square, among others. Additionally, he has also held roles at Kiwi, Inc, Jam City, LinkedIn, Bridgewater Associates, Oliver Wyman, UBS Investment Bank, Northrop Grumman, and Mattel, Inc, where he built up his knowledge across different industries. Shoji’s technical expertise in systems engineering, combined with his significant experience in marketing and growth, make him a well-respected industry leader who brings a unique perspective to his work.
