Shohini Banerjee
Shohini Banerjee is a highly experienced general manager with extensive expertise in the CX, market research, and consulting fields. She has held senior positions in a number of major industries, including tech, retail, financial services, and hospitality travel and leisure, and has worked with a range of high-profile clients to design and implement CX strategies. Banerjee is currently Senior Vice President at Ipsos, where she leads the Channel Performance US West region, a role that she has held since 2017. Prior to that, she was a Vice President at Ipsos and a key early employee at Medallia, one of the market leaders in CX technology provision. Banerjee holds a highly impressive education, with a bachelor's degree in information technology and a master's degree in electrical engineering, both from highly prestigious institutions. Additionally, she serves on the Advisory Board of the Center for Innovation Education at Rutgers University.
