Shivani Thakker, JD, MPH

Shivani Thakker, JD, MPH, is a dedicated professional with a keen interest in the convergence of law, healthcare, and regulatory compliance. She holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, a Master of Public Health (MPH) with a focus on Public Health Administration and Policy from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Physiology from the University of Minnesota.

Throughout her career, Shivani has accumulated valuable experience working in various organizations. She has previously served as an Associate at Brennan Burtker LLC, Law Clerk at Insight Hospital and Medical Center, Law Clerk at Brennan Burtker LLC, Legal Extern at the American Dental Association, and as a Summer Policy Fellow at the Health Justice Project at Loyola University Chicago School of Law.

Her professional journey also includes roles as a WOC Researcher at the Minneapolis Veterans Affairs Medical Center, an Intern at the Minnesota Department of Health, a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Minnesota School of Public Health, a Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota Rural Health Research Center, and a Caregiver at Rakhma, Inc. She has also contributed as a Research Assistant at Gammill Lab.
