Shivang Gheewala

Shivang Gheewala is a seasoned Senior IT engineer with a wealth of experience in development, support, and maintenance of Java / J2EE based applications using a wide array of technologies such as Core Java, JDBC, JSF, Struts, EJB, and J2EE.

Having worked in multiple countries, including a notable 2.5 years in the USA where he served as a Project Manager for the Application Admin team for 1.5 years, and 1 year in the UK working with VISA Europe in a support & enhancement role, Shivang has a diverse and robust professional background.

Throughout his career, Shivang has excelled as an Application administrator for Java / J2EE based apps, managing systems ported on JBoss, Weblogic, and Apache Tomcat, and meticulously preparing Application, DB, O/S Baselines, Security documents adhering to the SOX guidelines.

His proficiency extends to Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS), with hands-on experience in technologies like Struts, EJBs, and databases such as Oracle, DB2, MySQL, SQL, and PL/SQL across various development & support projects, demonstrating versatility across UNIX & Windows based systems.

Shivang Gheewala pursued a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Applications, securing the top ranking at Sardar Patel University, and a Bachelor's in Computer Applications (BCA) from Makhanlal Chaturvedi Rashtriya Patrakarita Vishwavidhyalaya.
