With over $1 billion in assets under management, Indiassetz oversees real estate portfolios for high net worth individuals and NRIs across India. The company boasts a team of more than 70 employees spread across 7 offices in the country.

Indiassetz collaborates with major banks, wealth management firms, NBFCs, and individual wealth managers to provide a comprehensive suite of real estate services. Their offerings include property buy, sell, and rent transactions, tax advisory, tenancy management, government liaison, portfolio advisory, maintenance, interiors, finance, valuation, legal assistance, and other related services in the real estate sector.

Shivam Sinha holds an MBA from the Institute Of Finance and International Management in Bangalore. Prior to founding Indiassetz, he held various roles at Standard Chartered Bank, including South Head - Mortgages & BIL, Head - Premium Acquisitions, South Head - Premium Acquisitions, Key Member- Prime Financial Project, and South Head - Mortgage, Auto, SME Collections. He also served as a Manager in Mortgage Sales at HSBC.
