Shirish Pandit is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in conceptualizing and implementing measures for digital transformation, merging business needs with software applications, optimizing HR and business processes with KPIs, building corporate academies, and forging domestic and international alliances.

Shirish's extensive work background spans very large MNCs, start-up niche boutiques, and SMEs, and is supported by educational qualifications including an MBA from the London Business School, a former Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCCA) from the UK, and a Civil Engineering degree from Pune, India.

His technical expertise includes data analytics, databases like PeopleSoft and TM1, Microsoft workplace applications especially Excel, Azure Information Protection, UML, and PowerShell.

A skilled negotiator and stakeholder manager, Shirish is known for his resilience, calmness, sense of humor, and easy-to-work-with nature. Besides his professional acumen, he is also a passionate cook, Ayurveda masseur, DIY enthusiast, and an advocate of bridging timeless wisdom from Indian scriptures with modern scientific advancements like Quantum Physics.

Shirish pursued his higher secondary education at St. Vincents High School in Pune, earned his MBA from the London Business School, and obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree from the University of Pune, Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
