Shir Shamshtein

Shir Shamshtein is a highly accomplished professional with a versatile background in business management, organizational development, human resources, and law.

She pursued her academic interests by obtaining a Master's in Business Administration from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and a Bachelor's in Law from Tel Aviv University.

Shir has held key leadership roles in several reputable organizations, including Pitney Bowes where she serves as the General Manager.

Her prior experience includes being the Senior Vice President of Organizational Development at Borderfree, as well as various other leadership positions within the same organization such as General Manager for Borderfree Israel, Vice President of Human Resources, and Marketing Communications Director.

Before her tenure at Borderfree, Shir worked as a Consultant in marketing communications and also practiced as an Attorney.
