Shir Boim Shwartz is a seasoned professional with 15 years of experience in the Learning and Development (L&D) field, currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at the Center for Educational Technology (CET).
Shir is a firm believer that continuous learning plays a vital role in the success of businesses and promotes a culture of learning, unlearning, and relearning to adapt to changing trends.
With a background in Bachelor's degree in Education and Sociology Anthropology from Bar-Ilan University and a Master's degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from MLA - The Center of Academic Studies, Shir brings a solid educational foundation to her role.
During her tenure at CET, Shir has overseen numerous L&D projects across public and educational sectors, with project scopes reaching millions of NIS. She leads her team in developing products that align with the best practices and innovative learning trends in the industry.
Shir excels in creating rich online learning environments by leveraging proactive research and market trend analysis. Her expertise lies in driving organizational development strategies through employee training and development initiatives.
Prior to her current role, Shir held positions such as Learning and Development Consultant, Instructional Design Team Leader, and Senior Instructional Designer at CET. She also has experience as a Special Education Teacher and E-Learning Training Developer at Hospital Educational Center, and as a Manager of Customer Success at Harel Insurance & Finance.
