Shiong Tan

Shiong Tan is currently the President of CYFIRMA, a cybersecurity division of Antuit, which specializes in threat intelligence. He co-founded CYFIRMA in 2016, aiming to provide AI-driven cybersecurity solutions that help organizations anticipate and respond to cyber threats effectively.

Before his role at CYFIRMA, Tan held significant positions in the finance and investment sectors. He served as Managing Director at Blackstone, focusing on corporate private equity in the Pan-Asia region. Additionally, he is the founder and Chief Information Officer of White Bear Capital, an investment firm concentrating on cybersecurity and blockchain technology. Tan began his career at the Boston Consulting Group and has accumulated nearly two decades of experience in private equity and venture capital investing.123

Educationally, Shiong Tan holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors from the University of Melbourne, which he completed between 1993 and 1997. His expertise encompasses startups, project management, and strategic management, making him a valuable asset in the cybersecurity industry.12
