Shinjini Singh

Shinjini Singh is a Ph.D. student in the Energy Science and Engineering department at IIT Bombay with a strong background in the power utilities industry.

With experience at Tata Power Trading Company Limited, Shinjini has expertise in managing commercial operations including billing, payment of Exchange Transactions, managing Open Access Clients, Debt Management, and Dispute Resolution.

Previously, Shinjini worked in the Clean Technology and Applied Research department at Tata Power, focusing on feasibility studies of new clean energy technologies, field testing, in-house product development, and technical consultancy.

Shinjini Singh holds a Master of Technology in Renewable Energy Engineering and Management from TERI School of Advanced Studies, where she graduated as a Gold Medallist with a remarkable CGPA of 9.54. She also has a B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

Education-wise, Shinjini attended St. Michael's High School for Higher Secondary Education, Notre Dame Academy for Secondary Education, and pursued her Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Energy Science and Engineering at IIT Bombay.

Shinjini has been associated with prestigious organizations such as Tata Power Trading Company Limited, TATA Power, Energy Efficiency Services Limited, The Brookings Institution, and the National Institute of Solar Energy, among others.
