Shilendra Sharma

Shilendra Sharma is a software professional with over 7 years of experience in the IT industry. He has been responsible for designing, developing, and unit testing public and internal JEE applications. Shilendra has taken over the development of an application responsible for applying metadata to content, integrated with the CMS (Methode) and developed using Hibernate, JPA, and Spring. He was also the principal developer of a recruitment portal used worldwide by IBM. Shilendra is a leader who can coordinate and direct all phases of project-based efforts while managing and motivating offshore onsite project teams. He has introduced several technologies, such as Hibernate and Spring, to provide customizations to companies' white label solution.
