Previously, Shihkiu Ing has held key roles in renowned companies like WARP, where as the founding designer, he played a pivotal role in the company's growth, securing substantial funding and expanding the team to 20 employees.

At GOOGLE, Shikhiu Ing excelled as a UX Manager (L7), transitioning from an individual contributor to a management position. During his tenure, he significantly grew the Google Docs UX team from 6 members to a robust team of 34, encompassing various roles like visual design, UX engineering, and more.

Prior to Google, Shikhiu Ing served as an Interaction Design Director at R/GA, collaborating on notable projects with clients like Walmart, Nike, and Google, leading initiatives in mobile design and shopping innovation.

Noteworthy accomplishments in Shikhiu Ing's career include contributions as a UX designer at ADOBE, where he spearheaded mobile design efforts for products like Photoshop on iOS, Android, and iPad.
