Shikha Suman

Shikha Suman is a dynamic professional with a background in pharmaceutical sales, entrepreneurship, market research, and analytics. Currently serving as the Director of Pharma Sales at THB, Shikha leads initiatives to leverage health data for pharmaceutical companies. Prior to this role, she founded and led Medimojo, an innovative SaaS platform focused on enhancing patient experiences. Shikha has a passion for entrepreneurship and data-driven solutions, evident in her successful endeavors. Her expertise also includes establishing market research and analytics services, building a strong client base with various pharmaceutical companies in India. Shikha holds a Ph.D. in Technology Management from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and is a proud recipient of the Axis Bank Digital Women Award. Her educational journey includes studies at JNU, Delhi University, and Welham Girls High School.
